Dear Jill

We are writing to thank you and the staff of Mitchell Hall for all the hard work in helping to make our daughter’s wedding day so special.

It was the little extras that Mitchell Hall helped with that we would like to say a special thank you for; the flexible food and drink options, the courteous and helpful way you answered the constant barrage of questions with tireless patience over the last few months and the welcome and help we received from your manager who you referred us to when we struggled with the numerous wine options. Plus of course, Martin who helped with the choice of menu.

On the day, everything came together and the smart and cheerful ’serving staff’ added to the professionalism of Mitchell Hall. Even at breakfast the following morning, our party was made to feel very special with a wonderful lady looking after us and what a guy (Nikolaus) on reception!

Everyone was happy and with 118 guests to consider that is no mean feat. We have received numerous thank you letters and with many saying ‘this is a day we will remember for years to come’.

Thank you once again Jill for the contribution Mitchell Hall and the marvellous staff made to the day. We are so pleased to have chosen Mitchell Hall.
