Mitchell Hall is located just outside the village of Cranfield between Milton Keynes and Bedford. We are conveniently situated for travellers from London, Oxford and Cambridge, all of which are only an hour away by road or rail.

Mitchell Hall is ten minutes from the M1 motorway and can be accessed from either junction 13 or 14.

M1 North to Junction 13. Take A421 in direction of Bedford, then immediately first left, signposted to Salford and Cranfield University, first right to Salford. Go straight across the first roundabout, right at the second, then left at the third. Continue over the mini roundabout and follow the round round. Mitchell Hall is situated on the left-hand side of the road.

M1 south to Junction 14. Take A509 in direction of Wellingborough, then immediately first right, proceed through Moulsoe, then turn left following signposts.

A428-A422 West to Astwood (7 Miles), then left following signposts. Or A421 South-West though Kempston then right through Wootton (5 Miles) following signposts.

Follow A34, then A421, to Bicester, Buckingham and Milton Keynes. In Milton Keynes follow signs for M1 North (Junction 14). Then proceed as from Birmingham and the North.

Bedford and Luton are on a direct line into London’s King Cross station and on to Brighton and the south coast. Milton Keynes is on the London Euston to Glasgow west cost main line rail link.

London-Luton, London Healthrow, London Stansted, East Midlands and Birmingham are within 90 minutes’ drive from Mitchell Hall.
